Facilities
We have 29 pitches,these include 12 seasonal pitches most of which are fully serviced and are hard standing; all pitches have 10 amps electric hook up and parking for one car.
All pitches have an aerial hook up facility. (Limited leads are available.)
Our site is set in two adjacent paddocks, including an area for 8 tent pitches.
We are equipped with two amenity blocks providing toilets, showers and facilities for washing up .We are also equipped with 3 chemical – elsan disposal points.
We have fridge and freezer facilities for our camping visitors; these are used at your own risk. Please ensure all items are labeled.
We also have a four person bunkroom facility to cater for cyclists or hikers wishing to travel very light.
We also have facilities for a limited amount of laundry in our laundry room.
Dogs are welcome at Canal Side, however a maximum of two per pitch and must be on a short lead at all times. We have a separate dog walking area where dogs can be let off the leads, all “doggy do’s must be collected.
